MMIK and The City

Super fun, 30 April – 3 Mei 2009 kemarin MMIK plus Mba Endri dan Mas Adit, outing ke Kuala Lumpur untuk merayakan ulang tahun MMIK yang ke-5. Inilah reportasenya.

30 April 2009 – MMIK, kecuali VKS dan HK, dengan menggunakan baju berwarna merah berangkat dari Jakarta jam 06.55 dengan Malaysia Airlines. Sedangkan VKS dan HK yang baru selesai dinas berangkat ke Kuala Lumpur dari Palembang jam 16.30 dengan Air Asia. Selain HK dan VKS, seluruh peserta langsung menjelajah Kuala Lumpur, KLCC, Pasar Seni, Bukit Bintang, dll. VKS dan HK begitu tiba di Kuala Lumpur langsung menuju Pasar Seni, SHOPPING!!!

Back to Jakarta

After spending two weeks in Surabaya, I’m back to Jakarta. Hmm, Surabaya made me a bit darker and fatter. It’s hot and have a lot of delicious traditional culinaries, i.e. Tahu Tek, Tahu Campur, Ayam Presto Telor Asin, Ayam Bakar Presiden.

Me and my team did legal audit on one of State-Owned company domiciled in Surabaya for two weeks. The head office is in Ujung Surabaya. We can see Madura Island and Suramadu Bridge from its office.

To be frank, I’m proud of them, many foreigners trust this company to build them Star 50. Their shipyard is home for Star 50, a 50,000 DWT ship. Unfortunately, not many Indonesian put more trust in this company like the foreigners do. I belief this company would be the largest shipyard company in the world if Indonesian trust this company to build their ship.

Finally, after waiting two and a half months, soundtrack from motion picture P.S. I Love You I bought from Amazon. com is arrived.

I Lost 0.5 inch

Today is my day 7 of my waist management program. When I measured my waist, the tape measure show me 33 inches. That mean I have lost 0.5 inch of my waist…Yeah…!!!

Waist Management Program

Today is my second day of my waist management program. I started a waist management program introduced by Dr. Oz since yesterday. I’m going to do this program for 14 days.

My goal is loss 2-3 inches of my waist. This morning my waist is 34 inches (the ideal waist for women is 32 ½ inches). Hopefully on the fourteenth day I will reach my goal. All I have to do to reach my goal are walking, stretching, and eating. So, I will updated the news on this program soon..
